Mason & Hanger's “More Business Acumen” (MBA) program provides additional learning opportunities to employees. This 6-month series delves into strategic leadership, human resources, marketing, accounting, information technology, ethics, operations, project management, and risk management.
Employees can also take part in Mason & Hanger Tech - a cross-disciplinary, semester-long program heavily focused on technical competency, technical communication, and technical coordination. Other development opportunities include involvement in Mason & Hanger’s Design Excellence program, membership in professional organizations, mentoring opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and company sponsored training to earn continuing education units (CEUs).
